ARC Health Acquires Wellington Counseling Group

ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has acquired Wellington Counseling Group, a multi-specialty psychotherapy provider with two Chicago-area locations and a third opening in June. The deal expands ARC Health's national platform and brings additional mental health clinical capacity and psychological assessment capabilities to the ARC network in the Chicago metropolitan area.
