ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has acquired Denver Wellness Associates (DWA), a two‑location mental healthcare provider in Denver, Colorado. The acquisition expands ARC Health’s regional network and adds DWA’s team of over 20 providers and service lines including therapy, ketamine services, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS); Clew Partners served as buy‑side advisor.
