Arcapita Group Holdings Limited has acquired The DataFlow Group (DataFlow Verification Services Limited) from EQT Private Equity. DataFlow is a leading provider of regulation-mandated pre-employment primary source verification services in the GCC with more than 850 employees across nine countries; Arcapita said the acquisition supports its strategy to build technology-enabled, asset-light business services and drive growth across the GCC and beyond.
