ARCHIMED to Take ZimVie Private in $730 Million Deal

ARCHIMED, via an affiliate and its MED Platform II fund, has agreed to acquire NASDAQ-listed ZimVie in a take-private transaction valued at approximately $730 million. ZimVie shareholders will receive $19.00 in cash per share, with the deal expected to close by the end of 2025 subject to customary approvals.
