Arco Platform Limited (Nasdaq: ARCE) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 75.1% of the share capital of INCO Limited (d/b/a isaac), giving Arco a majority stake. The deal will be completed via an exchange of Arco shares, expanding Arco’s K-12 education technology and financial services platform across Brazil.
