Argonaut Private Equity has added Hammer & Steel Global, LLC to its Fund V portfolio. Hammer & Steel, a St. Louis-area distributor and rental provider of deep foundation drilling and pile driving equipment with multiple regional sales and distribution locations, will partner with Argonaut to accelerate geographic expansion and add distribution facilities while preserving the company legacy.
