Argonaut Private Equity announced the acquisition of Miller Contracting, a family-founded specialty mining, industrial, and civil contracting services company headquartered in southern Illinois. The deal coincides with the first closing of Argonaut Private Equity Fund V, LP, and the Miller family will continue to lead the acquired business.
