Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group (AMFG) of Guelph, Ontario has acquired Kenona Industries, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based precision machining and fabrication supplier to Tier 1 automotive and EV manufacturers. The acquisition will form the foundation of Arrow's new automotive group and expand its manufacturing footprint and customer base in the automotive and EV supply chain.
