Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Katy, Texas–based Zayla Partners, LLC, an executive compensation and governance consultancy. The Zayla leadership team (Chris Crawford, Ian Keas and colleagues) will remain in their current locations and join Gallagher's employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations to strengthen HR and compensation consulting capabilities.
