ASG (backed by Alpine Investors) has acquired Hotel Effectiveness and integrated the business into its newly launched Actabl hotel operations platform, which consolidates Transcendent, ProfitSword, ALICE and Hotel Effectiveness. The move creates a unified suite of business intelligence, labor management, and operations software for hoteliers and represents an add-on acquisition to expand Actabl's capabilities in hospitality workforce and operations management.
