AspenTech to Acquire Micromine

Aspen Technology (AspenTech) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Micromine, an end-to-end mining design and operational management software provider, for AU$900 million in cash. The acquisition adds an expanded mining software suite to AspenTech’s portfolio and is expected to close in AspenTech’s fiscal second quarter of 2023 (subject to regulatory approvals).

Emerson Acquires Remaining Shares of AspenTech for $7.2 Billion
