AssuredPartners, Inc. has acquired American Risk Services, LLC (ARS), a Cincinnati-based insurance brokerage with a 32-person team and approximately $20 million in annualized revenue. The ARS founders and leadership will remain with the business as AssuredPartners expands its Ohio footprint as part of continued national growth.
