Astrana Health Acquires Collaborative Health Systems (CHS) from Centene

Astrana Health, Inc. has closed its transaction to acquire Collaborative Health Systems (CHS), a management services organization (MSO) serving more than 129,000 beneficiaries across 17 states. The deal combines Astrana’s technology-enabled provider model and “Care Enablement” platform with CHS’s provider footprint and value-based payer partnerships.
