Astro Pak LLC, a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC, acquired Purepass Services, Inc., a provider of on-site and shop-based high purity cleaning services. The deal expands Astro Pak’s footprint in Canada and increases its total locations to 13 across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
