ASUR Acquires URW Airports LLC Retail Concessions at JFK, LAX and O'Hare

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) completed the acquisition of URW Airports, LLC, which develops and operates airport terminal retail concessions at major U.S. hubs including JFK, LAX, and Chicago O'Hare. The acquired business (renamed ASUR Airports, LLC) will manage select commercial programs across those airports, marking ASUR’s continued expansion of its U.S. airport retail concessions operations.
