Atkore Inc. Acquires Sasco Tubes & Roll Forming Inc.

Atkore Inc. has acquired Sasco Tubes & Roll Forming Inc., a Toronto-based Canadian manufacturer of metal framing, strut channels and related fittings. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Atkore’s product portfolio and capabilities in metal framing for the electrical, mechanical, construction and solar markets while Sasco will continue operating at its current Toronto facility.
