Atlas Holdings Acquires US Farathane from The Gores Group

Atlas Holdings has signed a definitive agreement to acquire US Farathane from The Gores Group in partnership with US Farathane CEO Andy Greenlee, who will remain CEO and become Chairman. The acquisition, expected to close in Q2 2023 pending regulatory approvals, positions US Farathane to pursue growth through strategic acquisitions, global footprint expansion and enhanced technology investment.
