Molekule Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MKUL) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Israeli-based Aura Smart Air Ltd. in an all‑stock merger valued at approximately $10 million. The deal adds Aura's IoT-enabled sensors, software and data-driven air purification platform to Molekule's FDA‑cleared device portfolio to accelerate the company's push into B2B and enterprise Safe‑Air‑as‑a‑Service solutions; the transaction was expected to close in the second half of 2023 subject to customary conditions.

Atturra Acquires Somerville Group

Sydney-based Atturra has agreed to acquire Somerville Group for A$15 million in cash plus 1,647,059 Atturra shares, with up to A$2.6 million of earn-out consideration tied to FY23–FY24 performance. The deal adds Somerville’s managed services, cloud, security and education-sector capabilities to Atturra’s offerings and is expected to complete by 31 March 2023.

Aurias Acquires Saepio Information Security

Enlightenment Capital Forms Auria by Merging Four Portfolio Companies

Enlightenment Capital has combined four portfolio companies—Boecore, Ascension Engineering Group, Orbit Logic, and La Jolla Logic—into a new space-focused platform called Auria, based in Colorado Springs. Auria will deliver mission planning, space domain awareness, satellite communications management and cybersecurity capabilities and will employ more than 400 people across the combined businesses. The consolidation is intended to broaden the customer base, expand capabilities and create a mid-tier contractor in the space and defense market.
