Aura Acquires Qoria to Create Global Digital Safety Group

Aura has signed a binding agreement to acquire Qoria, an Australia-based provider of student safety and wellbeing tools, in a scheme of arrangement. The deal would make Qoria a wholly owned subsidiary of Aura, and the combined group would begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker AXQ.
