UPS has agreed to acquire Frigo-Trans and its sister company BPL (together “Frigo-Trans”), Germany-based providers of complex healthcare logistics. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025 and is intended to expand UPS’s end-to-end, temperature-controlled (cold-chain) capabilities across Europe for healthcare customers.

Constellation Cold Logistics to Acquire Agri-Norcold A/S

Posti Acquires Aditro Logistics from Valedo Partners

Posti Group Oyj has acquired Aditro Logistics Holding AB, a leading third-party logistics provider in Sweden and Norway, from Valedo Partners Fund II AB, management and the board. Financial terms were not disclosed; Aditro grew under Valedo to over SEK 1 billion in revenue and operates ~230,000 sqm of logistics space across multiple centers.

Lineage Logistics Acquires Van Tuyl Logistics, H&S Coldstores and Frigocare Rotterdam BV

Lineage Logistics has acquired Dutch temperature-controlled logistics providers Van Tuyl Logistics, H&S Coldstores (from H&S Group) and the Rotterdam facilities of Frigocare Rotterdam BV to expand its Benelux footprint and strengthen refrigerated transport and cold‑storage capabilities in the region. The transactions add more than 250,000 cubic metres of capacity across the Netherlands (including ~30,000 pallet spaces at Van Tuyl, 48,000 tonnes capacity from H&S and 15,000 pallet positions at Frigocare) and bring additional transport capacity to Lineage's European operations.

Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE) has completed the acquisition of Permanor AS, a Norway-based cold storage and logistics provider, including operations and properties in Haugesund and Brumunddal. The deal expands Lineage's Nordic presence, adding over 10,000 square meters of facility space (approximately 24,500 pallet positions) and strengthens its food-supply-chain capabilities and sustainability profile.
