AURELIUS Acquires Bring Frigo from Posten Norge

AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA (with co-investing AURELIUS entities) has acquired Bring Frigo, a Nordic temperature-controlled logistics provider headquartered in Helsingborg, Sweden, from Posten Norge. The carve-out supports AURELIUS’s expansion in the Nordics and aims to position Bring Frigo for further internationalization; financial terms were not disclosed.

Lineage Logistics Acquires Van Tuyl Logistics, H&S Coldstores and Frigocare Rotterdam BV

Lineage Logistics has acquired Dutch temperature-controlled logistics providers Van Tuyl Logistics, H&S Coldstores (from H&S Group) and the Rotterdam facilities of Frigocare Rotterdam BV to expand its Benelux footprint and strengthen refrigerated transport and cold‑storage capabilities in the region. The transactions add more than 250,000 cubic metres of capacity across the Netherlands (including ~30,000 pallet spaces at Van Tuyl, 48,000 tonnes capacity from H&S and 15,000 pallet positions at Frigocare) and bring additional transport capacity to Lineage's European operations.

DHL Group Acquires CRYOPDP from Cryoport to Strengthen DHL Health Logistics

UPS Acquires Andlauer Healthcare Group

UPS has completed its $1.6 billion acquisition of Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (AHG), a Canadian-headquartered healthcare logistics provider. Under the terms of the deal, AHG shareholders received CAD $55.00 per share in cash for a total purchase price of approximately CAD $2.2 billion.

UPS Acquires Bomi Group from ARCHIMED

UPS has agreed to acquire Italy-headquartered healthcare logistics provider Bomi Group from ARCHIMED's MED Platform I. ARCHIMED, which took Bomi private in 2019, will exit after helping internationalize and grow the business; Bomi's management and founding family will remain in place following the transaction.

UPS Acquires MNX Global Logistics (Quad-C Exit)
