AURELIUS to Acquire Louwman Group’s Care Division

AURELIUS Private Equity Mid-Market Buyout has signed an agreement to acquire the Care Division of family-owned Dutch company Louwman Group. The Care Division operates five mobility-related units offering mobility aids, home adaptations, and vehicle modifications across the Netherlands, serving municipalities and care institutions as well as private individuals. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and works council advice and is expected to close by late 2025 or early 2026.

The Linneweh family (dental bauer) will remain invested and on the management team; the combined business is expected to generate more than EUR 300 million in revenues as AURELIUS pursues further buy-and-build expansion.
