AutoVitals Acquires BayIQ

AutoVitals, a provider of SaaS solutions for automotive repair shops, has acquired BayIQ, a Phoenix/Scottsdale-based provider of automated loyalty and marketing software for independent tire and automotive repair shops. The deal adds BayIQ's customer engagement and loyalty capabilities to AutoVitals' Shop Success Solution to drive customer retention and increase average repair order value.
