Axiom GRC, a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform, announced the acquisition of MHM, a Calgary-based cybersecurity audit framework assurance firm. The deal marks Axiom’s entry into Canada and expands its North American GRC assurance capabilities as MHM will work in tandem with Axiom’s IS Partners business.
