Azelis has signed an agreement to acquire the distribution business of DBH Osthandelsgesellschaft mbH, a specialty chemicals distributor focused on advanced materials and additives (AM&A) in Germany and Central & Eastern Europe. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024 and is intended to strengthen Azelis’ position in industrial chemicals and the AM&A market in Germany and the broader CEE region.
