B&R Auto, a portfolio company of Highview Capital, announced the acquisitions of American Auto Recycling, New Way Auto Sales & Parts and Charlie's Towing to expand into Arizona and strengthen its footprint in Oregon. The transactions expand B&R's recycled auto parts and roadside/towing capabilities across the Western U.S.; B&R also announced the hiring of Lance Goeddel as Chief Administrative Officer.
