OTC Industrial Technologies, a Columbus, Ohio-based industrial distributor and service provider, acquired Premier Equipment Corporation (PEC) and Premier Control Systems (PCS), expanding its rotating equipment distribution and control-panel fabrication capabilities across Louisiana and Texas. The acquisitions add roughly 85 employees and six locations, strengthening OTC’s presence in the petrochemical, oil & gas, and power end markets.

Helmerich & Payne Acquires KCA Deutag for $1.9725 Billion

The deal materially expands H&P's international footprint—notably increasing its Middle East rig count from 12 to 88—adds offshore management contracts and manufacturing capabilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to cash flow per share.

The Granite Group Acquires Premier Supply Group

The Granite Group, a Concord, New Hampshire-based distributor of plumbing, HVAC and piping products, has acquired Premier Supply Group, a 50-year-old wholesale distributor with nine branches and a decorative plumbing showroom across Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The deal adds nine branch locations to The Granite Group's New England footprint and will keep Premier Supply Group's brands and showroom operating under their current names in the near term during an eventual rebrand and operational integration.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Premier Water

Financial terms were not disclosed; Premier operates a single location with approximately 6 employees and reported roughly $3.6 million in sales and $850 thousand of adjusted EBITDA.

Equinox Gold Acquires Premier Gold Mines; i-80 Gold Spin-Out Created

Equinox Gold Corp. completed its acquisition of Premier Gold Mines Limited, adding Premier's producing Mercedes Mine in Mexico and the construction-ready Hardrock (Greenstone) project in Ontario to Equinox's portfolio. In connection with the deal, Premier's U.S. assets were spun out into a newly created company, i-80 Gold Corp., in which Equinox holds a 30% stake.
