TMA Systems, a portfolio company of Silversmith Capital Partners, has acquired Prime Technologies, a provider of calibration management software, to integrate Prime’s ProCal/PCX capabilities into TMA’s WebTMA CMMS/EAM platform. The add-on expands TMA’s calibration and compliance functionality for customers across life sciences, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing and other regulated industries.
