Geospace Technologies Corporation acquired 100% of Aquana, LLC, a provider of wireless IoT water monitoring and remote shut-off valve systems, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal included an initial cash payment of $1.4 million plus contingent cash payments over a six-year earn-out; Geospace said the acquisition expands its IoT and smart city capabilities and complements its existing product and manufacturing base.

TransUnion Acquires Sontiq for $638M

TransUnion has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sontiq, a consumer identity protection company headquartered in Nottingham, Maryland, for $638 million. The deal (from portfolio owner The Wicks Group) expands TransUnion’s consumer identity and cyber protection offerings—Sontiq generated about $85 million of revenue in 2021 with an ~40% adjusted EBITDA margin and was acquired at ~19x FY2021 adjusted EBITDA; the transaction was expected to close in Q4 2021.

ZephyrTel Acquires Vasona Networks

Stratix Corporation Acquires Vox Mobile

Anaqua will integrate SeeUnity's connector library and migration tools into its AQX and PATTSY WAVE platforms, retain SeeUnity's employees, and expand investment in product, engineering, and client-facing resources.
