Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Instrument Associates, Inc.

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a Frontenac‑backed industrial distributor based in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, has acquired Instrument Associates, Inc., a full‑service instrumentation distributor based in Alsip, Illinois. Instrument Associates will continue operating under its name with its 22 employees; MCE said the acquisition broadens its fluid power, flow control and instrumentation capabilities to better serve industrial customers in Illinois and Indiana.
