Roundliner Holding, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Growth Investments, has acquired Südplast Group (Südplast GmbH and PCM International SE). Südplast, headquartered in Baiersbronn, Germany with a production facility in Zbraslav (Czech Republic) and ~40 employees, expands Roundliner's industrial packaging footprint and product offering across Germany and the Czech Republic.

TricorBraun Acquires Euroglas and Glaspack

TricorBraun has completed the acquisition of German-based Euroglas and Austrian-based Glaspack, two family-run distributors of rigid packaging solutions, to expand its packaging footprint in the DACH region. Both companies (founded in 1992) supply stock and custom glass packaging to food, beverage, wine, beer and spirits customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

IPACKCHEM Group Acquires Majority Stake in TPG Plastics LLC

IPACKCHEM Group acquired a majority stake in TPG Plastics LLC to bring its Advanced In‑Mold Fluorination (Advanced IMF) barrier packaging technology to North America and serve the crop protection market. The deal gives IPACKCHEM a manufacturing foothold in Murray, Kentucky and includes near‑term investments to expand capacity and support growth into additional life‑enhancing chemical segments.

Benelux private equity firm Gilde Equity Management will become majority shareholder of the newly merged conTeyor–KTP group after conTeyor Group (Belgium) and Germany-based KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik agreed to merge. The combination creates a leading reusable packaging and storage solutions provider (annual sales ~€200m), with KTP shareholders VR Equitypartner and Wagner Holding retaining a significant minority stake.

MML Capital Partners Invests in SC PACK group
