Saint-Gobain Ceramics Acquires Monofrax

Saint-Gobain Ceramics (part of Saint-Gobain) has acquired Monofrax LLC, a fused-cast refractories manufacturer in Falconer, New York, from German fund Callista. The deal expands Saint-Gobain’s refractory manufacturing footprint and capabilities to better serve local customers and support co-development of low‑carbon and circular solutions for glass, metals and other high‑temperature industries.
