Sev1Tech Acquires Geocent to Expand Federal DevSecOps and Engineering Capabilities

Sev1Tech, a PE-backed provider of IT modernization, cybersecurity and cloud services, has completed the acquisition of Geocent, a DevSecOps and engineering services firm serving U.S. federal customers. The deal — supported by Sev1Tech backers DFW Capital Partners and Enlightenment Capital — expands Sev1Tech's capabilities in space/scientific engineering, AI/ML, and strengthens its presence across Department of Homeland Security and other federal mission areas.
