DFW Capital Partners has acquired a controlling equity stake in Sev1Tech, a Woodbridge, Virginia-based provider of enterprise IT and program management support services. The investment will fund Sev1Tech’s organic growth and acquisitions, while the existing management team remains in place to support a transition to mid‑market platform scale and expanded capabilities for government and commercial customers.
