DFW Capital Partners Acquires Vertex Group

DFW Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Vertex Group, a provider of customer information system (CIS) software and BPaaS integration services for mid-market water, electric and gas utilities, from Oak Hill Capital and GenNx360 Capital Partners. The deal gives Vertex management capital and runway to expand adoption of its VertexOne platform, and was financed with senior debt from Capital Southwest Corporation and East West Bank.
