KVP International has acquired SafePath Laboratories and IVD Research (together SafePath-IVD), a Carlsbad, California–based diagnostics manufacturer and CDMO with FDA, ISO 13485 and USDA licenses. KVP will use SafePath-IVD as its dedicated research, development and manufacturing partner to expand veterinary point-of-care diagnostics while supporting SafePath-IVD's continued growth in human diagnostics and CDMO services.

DirectTrust Acquires Assets of SAFE Identity

DirectTrust, a non-profit healthcare trust alliance, has acquired the assets and Trust Framework of SAFE Identity (SAFE), an industry consortium and certification body for identity assurance in healthcare. The deal brings SAFE's trust framework and membership into a new DirectTrust Identity division to expand identity-assurance, cryptography, and interoperability use cases across healthcare and regulated life-science stakeholders.

BioIVT Acquires ZenBio

BioLife Solutions Acquires SciSafe

BioLife Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLFS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SciSafe, a privately held multi-facility biostorage provider serving the cell and gene therapy and pharmaceutical industries. BioLife will pay $15 million cash and $15 million in newly issued BioLife common shares for 100% of SciSafe, with up to 626,000 additional shares earnable based on revenue milestones; the deal is expected to close on September 30.

SecurityBridge Acquires CyberSafe

SecurityBridge has acquired CyberSafe, a UK-based pioneer of MFA and SSO solutions for SAP, integrating CyberSafe's TrustBroker products into SecurityBridge's SAP-native cybersecurity platform to deliver contextual, passwordless MFA and enhanced authentication controls. The deal expands SecurityBridge's capabilities for SAP user authentication by adding policy-based MFA, step-up authentication, and SSO that respond to real-time threat signals across the SAP application layer.
