FNZ Acquires YieldX to Expand Fixed‑Income Capabilities in the U.S.

FNZ has agreed to acquire YieldX, a U.S.-based provider of fixed‑income portfolio management technology and direct indexing tools, to accelerate delivery of personalized wealth management solutions in the U.S. As part of the deal, YieldX co‑founders Adam Green and Steve Gross will join FNZ's North America asset management leadership team to support product and technology integration.
