ReSource Pro, an insurance-focused business process and technology provider, has acquired MIS Insurance Services, a Maitland, Florida-based provider of policy administration software and web-based services for the commercial P&C insurance market. The acquisition (closed October 14, 2022) will enable ReSource Pro to deepen its policy administration and program-launch capabilities and expand MIS's reach through ReSource Pro's carrier, MGA and program administrator network.

Inszone Insurance Services Acquires Proctor Insurance

Inszone Insurance Services, a Sacramento-based full-service insurance brokerage, has acquired Proctor Insurance, a Houston-area insurance agency founded by Jeff Proctor in 1988. The deal expands Inszone's footprint in Texas and is the firm's fifth acquisition in the state as it continues national growth.

One80 Intermediaries Acquires ProSurance Group

Terms were not disclosed; Marsh, Berry & Company served as exclusive financial adviser to ProSurance Group. The deal expands One80’s professional/financial lines capabilities and establishes a West Coast presence.

New York-based ReSource Pro has acquired Insurance Licensing Services of America (ILSA), a Groesbeck, Texas–based provider of insurance licensing, regulatory and compliance filing services, and also acquired ILSA’s podcast Spot On Insurance (SOI). ILSA — led by Russ Foster and comprising a team of more than 50 filings experts — will become part of ReSource Pro’s insurance experience center; financial terms were not disclosed and Morgan Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to ReSource Pro.
