NetSpark IP & Telecom completed its ninth and tenth acquisitions with the purchases of Helios Solutions Group (Chicago, Illinois) and Edge Insights (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania). The deals expand NetSpark's national telecom and managed-services platform, deepen partner and marketplace relationships, and retain employees and founders to support integration and continued customer service.

The transactions bring additional survey, benchmarking, and eLearning capabilities into HCP's Care Intelligence platform and are being integrated under the Activated Insights brand.
