3STEP Sports, the national youth-sports club and event operator, has acquired Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy, adding the Michigan-based club to its growing volleyball vertical. The deal brings Michigan Elite's 150 teams and multi-venue tournament operations under 3STEP's platform to expand the company's regional footprint and event/tournament offerings.

Tri-State Elite, founded in 2013 and led by co-directors Kelly Crowley, Matt Long and Kevin Lucas, will join 3STEP's national network of clubs and events.
