Kimura Foundry America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan's Kimura Group, has acquired VIP Tooling, a precision tooling and CNC machining company based in Shelbyville, Indiana. The acquisition integrates VIP's machining capabilities with Kimura's 3D-printed casting technology to offer streamlined, full-service manufacturing solutions and improved lead times for customers in automotive, energy, and industrial manufacturing.
