The deal expands Core & Main's drainage and waterworks presence in Iowa while bringing Mark and Wendy Paca and their team into Core & Main's network.

The deal, being sold by Littlejohn & Co., expands Core & Main's geographic reach and product offering across multiple western and northeastern U.S. states and is subject to regulatory approval.
