Stellex Capital Management acquired Peltram Plumbing Holdings, LLC (P3), a multistate plumbing installation and service platform, from an investor group led by Crescendo Capital Partners. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Stellex plans to grow P3 organically and via add-on acquisitions while adding senior operating executives to the management team.

The add-on deals bolster P3's residential, multi-family and light commercial capabilities and deepen regional coverage as the company builds a national pure-plumbing platform.

Sterling Infrastructure Acquires Professional Plumbers Group

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (Nasdaq: STRL) acquired Professional Plumbers Group, Incorporated (PPG), a Wylie, Texas-based plumbing contractor serving residential home builders in the Dallas area, for $50 million in cash plus an earnout. PPG, which generates approximately $50–55 million in annual revenue, will join Sterling's Building Solutions segment to expand its residential plumbing capabilities and cross-sell to its existing builder customers in the Dallas market.

Backed by Seaside Equity Partners, ACP has acquired multiple local plumbing and HVAC service businesses (including ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing, Canyon Air Systems, DC Drains, Kirman Plumbing, Pennine Plumbing, Power Plumbing and Superior Plumbing) to expand geographic reach and broaden service capabilities.
