City of Hope Acquires Cancer Treatment Centers of America

City of Hope has completed its acquisition of Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), combining CTCA’s network of oncology hospitals and outpatient centers with City of Hope’s research and treatment capabilities to create a national, integrated cancer research and care system. The combined organization will serve roughly 115,000 patients annually and include more than 11,000 team members and 575 physicians across locations in California, Arizona, Illinois and Georgia.

Arsenal Capital Partners Acquires Hopebridge; Baird Capital Retains Minority Stake

Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Hopebridge, a center-based provider of behavioral health and autism therapy services headquartered in Indianapolis. Baird Capital sold its stake but will retain a minority investment; financial terms were not disclosed and Arsenal said it will support platform investments to expand Hopebridge's services and footprint.

Vibrant Emotional Health Acquires Stars of HOPE

The acquisition brings Stars of HOPE into Vibrant's portfolio to expand volunteerism, hospital/school/corporate engagement, and distribution of healing art to crisis centers across the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline network.

Los Angeles Cancer Network Acquires New Hope Cancer Institute (Pomona)

Health Enterprise Partners Invests in Access Physicians

MedStar Health Acquires Hope for Henry Foundation

MedStar Health has acquired the Hope for Henry Foundation and will integrate its pediatric, evidence-based incentive program directly into MedStar’s clinical operations. The move formalizes a partnership of more than two decades and aims to embed Hope for Henry’s programming across MedStar’s pediatric service lines to improve patient experience, reduce sedation for procedures, and standardize the program as part of routine care.
