Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Hopebridge, a center-based provider of behavioral health and autism therapy services headquartered in Indianapolis. Baird Capital sold its stake but will retain a minority investment; financial terms were not disclosed and Arsenal said it will support platform investments to expand Hopebridge's services and footprint.
