The acquisition brings four psychiatrists, six psychologists and eight licensed therapists into Community Psychiatry's network as Harbor Psychologist will be rebranded and integrated into Community Psychiatry's 40+ clinic family to expand access to outpatient behavioral health services.

Acadia Healthcare Acquires CenterPointe Behavioral Health System

Acadia funded the transaction with cash on hand and borrowings under its revolving credit facility and said the deal extends its footprint in high-growth Missouri markets (St. Louis, Kansas City and Columbia).
