Centerbridge Partners Acquires Community Psychiatry from New Harbor Capital

Community Psychiatry operates more than 40 clinics and telemedicine services across California with 100+ affiliated psychiatrists and more than 120 behavioral health clinicians; Centerbridge acquires the company to support further geographic expansion and growth.

Healthline Media Acquires PsychCentral
