Healthline Media has acquired PsychCentral, a long-running online mental health publisher founded in 1995 by Dr. John Grohol. The acquisition expands Healthline's portfolio of digital health properties and strengthens its mental health content and advertising reach; terms were not disclosed and Dr. Grohol will remain on as a consultant.
