Global independent PR agency Ruder Finn has acquired New York–based public relations firm jacobstahl to relaunch its Bloom incubator and establish Bloom Health, an integrated communications practice focused on healthtech. jacobstahl will operate as "jacobstahl, a Bloom company" led by partners Sandra Stahl and Jeremy Jacob and will leverage Ruder Finn's global footprint and capabilities.
