Catalyst Acoustics Group, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Curb Technologies, LLC, a manufacturer of custom roof curbs based in Opelika, Alabama. The deal expands Catalyst's HVAC rooftop support and vibration isolation product offering while Curb Tech's co-founders will continue to run operations; financial terms were not disclosed.

ParkHub Acquires CurbTrac

ParkHub will integrate CurbTrac's payment-management software into its subscription platform and CurbTrac's CEO, Charley DeBow, has joined ParkHub to help direct the product's growth.

Renvent Holdings Acquires DataGavel

The Dains Group has acquired Curo, a Worcestershire-based accountancy and advisory practice founded in 2005 by Anna Madden and Julia Gallagher. The acquisition, Dains' fourth since receiving private equity backing from IK Partners, expands Dains' audit, tax, accounting and advisory capabilities while Curo's leadership will remain in place.
