Servelec Technologies, via its holding company Laurel Solutions, has completed the acquisition of Hampshire-based Primayer, a manufacturer of water network leak detection hardware, software and web services. The deal combines Primayer's leak detection products and global distributor network with Servelec's remote monitoring, SCADA and optimisation solutions to expand capabilities and accelerate international growth; terms were not disclosed.

The Access Group Acquires Servelec from Montagu

The acquisition brings Servelec's clinical and social care product suite and recent acquisition Elemental Software into Access' health and social care division to create an integrated offering across NHS trusts, local authorities and education customers.

FBR Solutions Acquires RTS Associates

RELAM Acquires Falcon Equipment
